Tickets Terms and Conditions

Tickets purchased are valid for the date you specify you would like to visit. Please check our opening times. Visitors under 90cm gain FREE admission. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Once payment has been confirmed, all tickets are reserved for your specified date and time. You MUST bring your booking reference number with you, along with a valid proof of identification. Proof of disability will be required upon entry for registered disabled guests. This can be in the form of a blue badge, our crew must have access to the part with the photograph on, a letter from a recognised authority confirming the guest is in receipt of DLA or PIP.

ROARR! operates a policy that tickets purchased are non-refundable. (Only in exceptional circumstance will a refund be considered and will be authorised by the Park Manager). If you cannot make your booking date for any reason, you must advise us in advance of your visit and we can transfer your tickets in advance to another day (availability permitting) and at £2 administration fee. You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of the cancelled booking to rebook your new date.

Credit/debit card transactions are made on a separate secure server, with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. Use of the ticket implies agreement with the rules of the park posted on our website. The ticket remains the property of ROARR! and is not for re-sale, is non-refundable and non-transferable. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and, in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, we also reserve the right to request guests to leave the park at any time. ROARR! Tickets purchased cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
