This website (roarr.co.uk) is operated by Norfolk Dinosaur Park Limited, company number 03150726, registered in England and Wales, trading as ROARR! and PrimEvil.

2. Website Use
This website is provided by ROARR! to help guests plan visits, read park information and move to our booking partner’s site, where ticket purchases and bookings take place. By using this website you accept these terms in full; if you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this site belong to ROARR! unless otherwise stated. You may print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use only. No part of this website may be used for any other purpose, including reproduction on another website, without our prior permission.
3. Tickets And Bookings
Tickets are sold through our booking partner’s platform, which this site links to; roarr.co.uk does not itself process the ticket payment. Prices, availability, fees and the booking terms that apply to your purchase are shown during checkout and should be checked before you buy. Nothing in these website terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
- Guests are responsible for choosing the correct ticket, date and visit type.
- Offers, events and opening information may change by date or season: check What’s Open & When before you travel.
- Entry is subject to the park rules and any safety guidance given on the day, and management reserves the right to refuse admission or ask a guest to leave where safety or conduct requires it.
- Tickets remain the property of ROARR!, are non-transferable and are not for resale.
4. Content And Accuracy
We aim to keep website information accurate, but ride availability, event details, food outlets and facilities can change for operational, safety or weather reasons. Website content is general information and access may occasionally be suspended. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
5. Offers, Promotions And Competitions
Promotions may have their own dates, limits and exclusions, and cannot usually be combined unless the offer wording says otherwise. Where we run a competition, employees of ROARR! and their immediate family are not eligible to enter, and any such entries will be invalid.
6. Safety And Guest Conduct
Guests must follow posted instructions, crew guidance and attraction rules. We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave where behaviour puts people, animals, property or the park experience at risk.
Important
Some attractions have age, height, footwear or access requirements. Please check the Attractions page before booking if a specific attraction is essential to your visit.
7. Links To Other Websites
We use links, including to our booking partner’s site, to improve your experience of our website. We aim to make it clear when a link takes you away from roarr.co.uk. These external sites are owned and run by other companies and organisations, and we cannot accept responsibility for their content or for any information you choose to share with them.
We process any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data.
