You’ll need socks for Dinomite Indoor Adventure Play, and shorts past your knees or trousers if you want to enjoy the slides.

For Dippy’s Splash Zone, bring your swim wear, towels and a change of clothes.

For Predator High Ropes, you’ll need completely enclosed footwear – trainers rather than sandals or flipflops. We also recommend wearing shorts under dresses or skirts.

For wet weather days you might want to bring your coat and umbrella, on warm days, suncream and water bottles (we have water refill locations around the Park).

We have several toilets and baby changing facilities located at our Park. Please refer to the Park map for the locations.

We have numerous food outlets at our Park. Visit our food and drink page to find out more.

Guests are welcome to bring their own picnics and there are ample areas around the Park, including Dippy’s Indoor Picnic Area, located by the Park entrance. We also have Cretaceous Cavern, which is an undercover designated picnic area.

When you arrive at the Park, please ask to speak to one of our Food & Beverage team and they will be pleased to assist. If you have anything that may require some forward planning prior to your visit please email:

Yes, we do. Please call Guest Services on 01603 876310 and select option 2 to pre-book, or ask a crew member on your arrival.

We have lots of first aiders at our Park, please contact a crew member if you require assistance.

Need somewhere to put your pack? Find lockers for bags, shoes and other items in Dinomite Indoor Adventure Play. You’ll need £1 but it’s refundable.

The Park operates a well-rehearsed lost child procedure whereby lost children are reunited with their parents/guardians as quickly and as safely as possible. If a parent has lost a child they are to make their way to Guest Services or contact the nearest Park crew member.

We regret that dogs (except for fully registered assistance dogs) are not permitted in the Park. Assistance dogs must be fully harnessed and have the appropriate jackets to clearly identify them as assistance dogs. Having an assistance dog does restrict you from entering the Secret Animal Garden due to the health and welfare of the animals. Unfortunately, assistance dogs that are undergoing training are also not permitted. We strongly advise that you do not bring a dog with you, as animals should not be left in cars. Should we be notified of a situation, we will follow the advice given by the RSPCA:

Yes, in line with our family image. Ladies and gentlemen are requested to wear suitable attire especially when using Dippy’s Splash Zone and the restaurants. There are requirements for Dinomite Indoor Adventure Play (long trousers and long sleeves if wanting to use the larger slides) and for Predator High Ropes, covered shoulders are required and we recommend guests wear shorts underneath dresses and skirts. You also need closed toed and closed heeled shoes (no flip flops or sandals).

There are two designated smoking/vaping areas at the Park. These can be found on our Park map.

Post a selfie without using your data – most of our Park has WiFi which guests can access.
