ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

ROARR! is situated within 85 acres of a beautiful and natural woodland setting and endeavours to create a fun Park and facilities accessible to all our guests. Our Park includes both indoor and outdoor attractions.

In part, we are located on a hillside so access to the lower part of the Park is best taken through Valley of the Dinosaurs, which has a lower gradient and avoids the steeper hills. It is recommended that unaccompanied wheelchair users do not do this area without assistance. The path surfaces in Valley of the Dinosaurs are tarmac.

  • Strollers (£8 single and £11 double) and mobility scooters (£10) are available to hire at our Park and we offer guests free use of a manual wheelchair.

  • We have ear defenders available to hire for a £20 refundable deposit. On arrival, if you require the music and dinosaurs to be a little quieter, please let our team know.

  • Baby changing facilities are available inside Dinomite Indoor Adventure Play and next to Explorers. We also have numerous toilets at our Park.

  • We have a large, accessible Changing Places toilet, please ask a crew member. 

  • We have specific parking spaces close to the Park entrance allocated to guests with a disabled parking permit.

  • We are pleased to allow Assistance Dogs and Guide Dogs into the Park.

  • Our team recognise the Sunflower Lanyards and blue ASD wristbands in that, they know guests may have additional needs.

  • We have a quiet room where guests can relax and take a short break.
