Begin your festive journey with a passport to the North Pole, then meet the Candy Cane Elf and enjoy a tasty gingerbread treat. Children will have a personal visit with Father Christmas before following the Enchanted Winter Trail to the Toy Emporium, where every child can choose a special gift to take home. Places are limited on each timed session, so advance booking is essential.

Each dog ticket includes entry for the dog and up to two humans, a meeting with the Candy Cane Elf and Father Christmas, dog treats, a Christmas toy and festive photo opportunities. A dog ticket costs £22 and each additional human costs £10.

Bark in the Dark is for dogs accompanied by responsible humans. Other animals cannot attend the experience.

When is the Grown-up Grotto in 2026?
The adults-only Grown-up Grotto runs on 5, 12 and 19 December 2026. Sessions take place from 8:05pm to 8:55pm and tickets cost £15 per adult.
