What to expect
We have a Bionic opening planned for our new ride. Matty Campbell, known as Bionic on the BBC’s Gladiators, will officially open Fossil Falls on 18 July 2026 to mark the start of the school summer holidays.
Fossil Falls is a record-breaking 107-metre tubing slide, the longest in the UK and the most exciting addition yet. Visitors will leap onto a doughnut-shaped inflatable tube and hurtle down the 107-metre-long ride, which is sure to become a family favourite.
- Opens 18 July 2026

FAQs
-
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes full-day access to all rides, indoor and outdoor play, and the splash zone.
-
How far is ROARR from Norwich?
ROARR! is about 20 minutes drive from Norwich city centre, in Lenwade, Norfolk.
-
Is there a booking fee?
There is a small online transaction fee of £1–£1.50 per booking. The exact amount varies by season and is shown at checkout. Even with the fee, online is almost always cheaper than buying on the gate.
-
How does admission pricing work?
Pricing is height-based rather than age-based. Children under 90 cm are just £2. The best prices are available when booking online at least a day in advance: the closer to the day (or on the gate), the higher the price.
-
What’s included in admission?
Your ticket covers all attractions at no extra charge: Splash Zone, Indoor Adventure Play, High Ropes, Raptor Contraptor, Swing-O-Saurus, Valley of the Dinosaurs, Raceway, and the Theatre. There are no hidden ride extras once you’re through the gates.
-
Are there concessions or discounts?
Reduced prices are available for seniors aged 65 and over, registered disabled visitors, and members of certain partner attractions. Children under 90 cm pay just £2. Essential companions attend free: see our Accessibility page for details.
-
Can I change my date or get a refund?
Date changes can be made via Guest Services up to 48 hours before your visit. Tickets are non-refundable. If the weather turns, our Rainy Day Guarantee gives you a free return visit: a weather transfer can also be arranged for a £2 admin fee. Contact Guest Services on 01603 876310 or guestservices@roarr.co.uk.
-
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! ROARR! gift vouchers make a great present for dinosaur-mad families. Buy them online at tickets.roarr.co.uk or in person at Guest Services. They can be used against day tickets, Annual Passes, or on-site purchases at the ROARR! STORE.
-
What’s the difference between peak and off-peak?
Peak days are our busiest dates: weekends, school holidays and events. Off-peak covers quieter days at a lower price. The calendar on our ticketing site shows your price before you pay, so you can pick the best value date for your family.
-
Can I gift an Annual Pass?
Yes. Annual Passes can be bought as a gift, so you can give a whole year of ROARR! adventures instead of a single day out. Ask at Guest Services or buy via tickets.roarr.co.uk.
